34 Maloja Avenue, Caloundra.
Queensland, Australia.

Caloundra is situated on the south east coast of Queensland, Australia. The closest of all the Sunshine Coast cities to Brisbane, Caloundra is a comfortable one-hour drive north of the state's capital.

You can fly into Caloundra by light aircraft or helicopter to the local airfield, or on domestic flights into Maroochydore airport just another 30-minute drive up the coast.

The world-famous resort town of Noosa is just over half an hour's drive north of Caloundra. As Noosa fast approaches its population capacity, Caloundra's waterfront developments are now at a premium.

Renowned for many decades as a family holiday location, Caloundra is fast taking on a new face. Always considered as the baby sister to Noosa, Caloundra is growing up quickly. She now boasts top class gourmet dining; street cafés and brasseries take full advantage of her beautiful weather - not to mention the wide array of water sports available including surfing, fishing, boating, scuba diving, and all that is expected from Queensland's Sunshine Coast precinct.

But there's one thing Caloundra hasn't lost - her easy, relaxing style. When you come to Caloundra you can do everything, or nothing at all. Lazy days spent sitting on your balcony watching the ships glide along the shipping channels to and from the busy Port of Brisbane, or wandering aimlessly along beautiful sandy beaches, or sitting on a rocky outcrop gazing at the blue ocean, all provide that sense of balance we need in our busy lives.

The world has discovered Caloundra, and with good reason.
